A Prova Sprint e a Caminhada têm início junto à Igreja da freguesia do Posto Santo, um ponto de partida que inspira tanto os mais experientes como os aventureiros ocasionais.

Embora a distância da Prova Sprint seja mais curta, os desafios permanecem intensos, oferecendo aos participantes uma experiência repleta de emoção e superação. Já a Caminhada, com o percurso mais reduzido, promete surpreender com a sua dificuldade, levando os participantes a explorar trilhos pouco percorridos, onde a beleza natural da ilha se revela em cada passo.

Athletes ascend the first hill along the Grota do Medo, converging to the same meeting point for all races at Serra do Morião, then descending through Canada do Breado to the "gates" of Angra do Heroísmo, Nasce Água.

Upon reaching Alto da Memória (or Outeiro da Memória), the vibrant colors of Jardim Duque da Terceira lie at the athletes' feet. The entire descent to the center of the World Heritage city is done within the garden, featuring various exotic species. The finish line is right there!

Crossing the historic streets of the most beautiful Azorean city, passing by Fortaleza São João Batista, and entering the Municipal Park of Relvão culminate in a race full of emotions, scents, images, prowess, and courage. It marks the end of a race where we wish to return, and where nostalgia is already knocking at our door.
